App has abrasive flaws
I have to click on the "remove from cart" option and the "yep" to ostend multiple times before information technology decides to remove the item. Sometimes I accept to restart the app for it to piece of work/remove the item. Too the "relieve for later" option doesn't piece of work at all. I have an iPhone 12 Pro and then my phone definitely isn't the issue, and everything is updated.
The "try it on" option also doesn't piece of work anymore, but when it used to work the colors never showed upward the right shade anyways. All around I love the app, it'southward easier to use than going to the website every time I get hair supplies and I can scan every bit I please and it's non similar I'm always trying to remove items from my cart, it's only kind of annoying.

How many times am I going to have to get excited about my items that are shipped to only find out much later ...all out of stock!! You will non exist charged!! However on my orders folio low and behold all shipped... all items displayed... shipped to me it says with shipping tracking correct at that place.....nowhere does it say items are no longer in shipment. Equally a affair of fact at that place's a hyperlink to buy it once again.....have to search around when items don't get delivered to realize there are no longer available. I called about another order and take withal to receive a missing detail ... and for some reason one box was returned supposedly for bad address or something when it'southward the right address everywhere...now I accept to call again. Frustrating and you lot need to workout the kinks.. I don't remember I've been charged in the end for the unavailable items but I will be researching because naught makes sense and it makes me uneasy now.

I think Sally is bully, but the app, not so much. There's a LOT of lag (for the tape, I accept a brand new iPhone and the latest Os, not even a quarter-filled memory, consequent LTE and WiFi signal, so information technology's not my telephone). Calculation items to the cart takes forever. It's like shooting fish in a barrel to end up with twenty of something because you tin't tell if it'south taken your tap or not. It's hard to see some detail photos; mostly considering they are too minor. Trying to move things from your cart to the Salvage For Later list doesn't work. Delight, Delight do some usability testing on this app. I want to similar it; it is probably going to frustrate coincidental users too much to utilise.
